Li-ion Battery testing, grading & routing
Velospur give used lithium-ion batteries a second life. Every battery is tested and certified, then matched to where it's needed most, keeping good batteries working and out of landfills.

Battery Testing. Certification. Second-Life Deployment

Precision Testing
Multistage internal resistance and capacity analysis using automated diagnostic arrays.

Certification
Official SOH verification certificates with immutable digital tracking for every asset.

Lifecycle Routing
Sorting and routing of batteries based on their health.
The Battery Economy Cannot Scale Through Informal Handling.
Today, battery disposal and reuse happen in unorganized shadows. There is no standard for health, no verification for safety, and no infrastructure for scale.
Without industrial-grade instrumentation, the circular transition remains a liability rather than an asset.

Safety-First Instrumentation
Our protocols exceed international industrial standards. We operate on the premise that zero-informal disposal is the only baseline for a sustainable energy grid.
