01 · What goes in
Accept
We grade the cell lot before it is built into anything. Capacity dispersion, DC internal resistance, self-discharge and an EIS fingerprint, tied to the lot and date code, with a release certificate.
- Priced as basis points of the cell invoice, not as hours
- Counterfeit and substandard LFP enters India at a 12 to 15 percent discount
- Cells rated 3,000 cycles have collapsed under 700 within 18 months
- An analytics vendor can surveil a fleet. It cannot accept a batch nobody has bought yet.

02 · What it is doing
Record
A gateway and an Indian-resident archive that ingests whatever BMS is already in the container, produces the 122(B)(5)(a) record at cell, module and rack level, retains it ten years, files the 48-hour incident report and runs the six-monthly checklist.
- Reads any BMS over Modbus, CAN or IEC 61850. Ours is not a precondition.
- Retrofits onto assets already commissioned with a foreign BMS inside
- Scales with the whole pipeline, not only with new Indian-BMS builds
- Your container vendor is in Ningde and has no Indian entity
03 · What is actually left
Guarantee
An annual witnessed capacity test, a measured-versus-warranted degradation opinion, and a residual-value certificate. We sign a measurement and an opinion, not a warranty.
- Measured at 45 °C, not modelled at 25 °C
- A stated error band and a reproducible protocol, or it is not a measurement
- We are not the insurer. We are the reason the insurer can price it.
- Priced against the liquidated damages it prevents, not against bench hours
